My inspire won’t charge I have read and followed all the other complaints and tried all the other suggestions and nothing helps. It doesn’t vibrate when I hook it up to the charger. I make sure it is hooked up properly. I made sure the connection was clean. I have been having problems since I updated it. This seems to be an update problem! I want real help not just suggestions!

Hello @Colin78 and @JaneenSusan, welcome to the Fitbit community! Something may have happened to the charger or what the charger is connected to. Try to plug the USB in an alternate plug, and if that doesn't work, you may need a new charger or Fitbit, which you can call +1-877-623-4997 to try to get a replacement. Keep me updated!
