Inspire HR won't charge

I purchased my Inspire HR in Feb 2020. First it started needing every day charging then a couple times a day.  This morning when I went to get her out of her charger she had passed sometime in the night.  I cleaned the contacts,  long pressed to restart.  Nothing.  No sign of life.  What do I do now?

Hi @Alyst, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it started to drain the battery fast and now it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’ve had the same problem. Call Fitbit for a replacement. You’re still under the one year warranty. I’m on my third InspireHR! My first one had the charging issue at 3 months. The free replacement lasted 6 months. My warranty ends the last week in November so I’ll be out of luck when the same issue occurs again. And I’m sure it will happen again. I bought a MorePro fitness device for my husband that has oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, steps, etc. and it cost $45!  I’m fed up with Fitbits.

I tried all the various tricks and there is still no sign of life.  What is the next step?
