Hi have tired to charge my daughters fitbit but only quick simle face and then nothing. Tried reset but nothing working. Any advice please.

Hi @Ckelly2177, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
