M Inspire HR is not charging. Ive tried all the suggestions, cleaned the connection pointa, used various power sources (different plugs, different bricks, all work for other things). I feel it is the charging cable and need help and/or a replacement. Thanks!

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if you also restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
