Inspire HR won't charge

Pins are aligned, has never been completely wet. Do I need a new charger?

@Belle_igerant Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
