Please help! I’ve read the posts on cleaning and followed All the directions and recommendations. I loved this tracker and used it religiously.
This is my second FitBit that has died on me. I’m very discouraged with this product and wish I had read these forum posts before purchasing as I don’t think I would have gone with this brand to be disappointed again.
My sister has another brand of tracker and she’s still on her first one, no problems.
I’m devastated. Please help!

@Lizzie110 I too am on my 2nd Fitbit and getting discouraged. What's odd in my case is that my brother and I have the exact same model bought the exact same date and place and his still wokrs fine. Our previous were Flex 2's and in that case his died first. So strange how the quality is not consistent.

I’m having the same problem. As of about two days ago my Inspire HR will not hold a charge for one day. Previously it would hold almost an entire week and I have not changed wearing it. The only change I see if that my dashboard on my phone got an update. Help please!
