It connects to the charger and gives me display but not the happy face emoji saying it’s charging

Sorry to hear about this. Regardless of the happy face could you confirm if the tracker is charging if you leave it plugged in for a couple of hours. If the issue persists then please try these suggestions to help your tracker charge.

It seems to be charging now today. But had it plugged in overnight and it didn’t really charge. I did clean the connections but find that charger may not be connecting properly with my Fitbit cause If you move it the wrong way it will stop charging.
