Not only will it not charge, it will not turn OFF. The display will time out and go out but the laser(?) is still pulsing. Waiting for tech to call back and tell me it's out of warranty sorry. Amazfit huh? I think I'll do a bit of shopping while I wait.

Got a email from Fitbit tech support. It is my Fitbit that has failed, and of course it is out of warranty. Though they did offer a 35% discount on a replacement I'm seriously wondering do I want to continue down this rabbit hole. Or perhaps I should just purchase a similar yet cheaper alternative? This one lasted about two years so why invest the money in a name? It's functionality was good though the problem with it recognizing/not recognizing Ring devices was disheartening. Not a word from Fitbit on that conundrum. Nah, think I'll give someone else a shot at pleasing me.
