My Fitbit won’t charge. Ideas?

Hi, @Eve60 please see this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t charge.  Hopefully one of the steps described there will get you back on track.

For more help, please let us have additional details.  Is your screen blank when you plug it in to the charger?  In that case it may be charging normally, but unresponsive, and a restart might help - the instructions are here .  If the Fitbit screen is blank you will need to use the button press method to restart, and may need to hold the buttons for longer than the recommended time.

If these suggestions do not work, please let us know anything more you can think of that might help us to identify the issue.  (E.g. has it been left uncharged for a long time, has it shown signs of water inside, etc etc)
