My Inspire HR is 3 years old. Now the battery is old and won't charge. 

How can I order a new battery?

Hi @RAVIP_2205  there are no replacement batteries for these devices. If you really want to do it, search for a battery online and see if you're up to the challenge. You'd need a good eye, steady hand and the right tools. It might cost more for the battery and tools than it would to just purchase another Fitbit.

Thank you Odyssey13. That’s a shame, though. Not at all eco-friendly they won’t make replacement batteries.
