Inspire HR won't charge

My inspire hr won't charge, cleaned ports, everything's connected. By the way, this charging system is terrible, it shouldn't be this difficult to charge a Fitbit. Need to come up with something else!

Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
