Inspire HR stopped synching with app so have reinstalled the app, restarted phone, turned Bluetooth off and on again to fix. Now I can’t connect the device at all and am getting error 403. Very frustrating!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sally_A.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app one more time and try setting up the tracker:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Please find our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
