Inspire HR stopped synching with app so have reinstalled the app, restarted phone, turned Bluetooth off and on again to fix. Now I can’t connect the device at all and am getting error 403. Very frustrating!

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. I recommend restarting your router, or turning off WiFi on your phone and using your cellular data to set up. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app one more time and try setting up the tracker:

Thank you Liliya! I’ve just done what you advised and still get the same error when I try to set up the devise. Anything else I should do?
