Inspire HR won't connect to Fitbit app

My Inspire HR wristband will not connect to the app. I tried deleting it from my Bluetooth settings, uninstalling the fitbit app and reinstalling, but nothing seems to be working. In trying to pair it gets the 4 digit pin then just constantly says connecting but it doesn't work?
