I have tried and failed again and again! It have taken hours of trials for connecting, resetting, removing, adding, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm so disappointed in Inspire HR idk why I even tried upgrading my Alta when this new device won't even connect. If there is any new suggestion apart from the above, please let me know - how to use this device or throw it in the trash!

Hi @Aknsha Unfortunately I think your phone is the problem. I dont see it on the Supported Devices List . The Inspires use Fitbits new operating system which is less forgiving of unsupported phones than the old one was. Im sorry, but I really dont think it is going to work, but it might be worth contacting Support and see if they can help.
