A few days ago, I tried to sync my Inspire HR to my iPhone XS and got the error that it could not be found. It syncs just fine to my iPad mini 4, and my iPhone connects to my car via Bluetooth without issue. I’ve tried all the canned response troubleshooting steps and nothing works. I updated to iOS 14.4 and was able to sync since that update, so that’s not the problem either. I’m out of ideas! Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nmwxgirl79.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. If you're using several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. For more information, see Can I sync my tracker or watch with more than one device?
Hope this helps!

No, that's not the problem. My iPhone still kicks off the error in the FitBit app even when my iPad is turned off.

Thank you for your reply, @Nmwxgirl79.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details and would like to confirm if you've tried the following:
1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
2. Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone.
3. Tap Pair to approve the request.
I'll be around.
