Inspire HR won’t connect

I bought a Fitbit inspired HR 3 days ago, I have it connected to my iPhone 6s and was working perfectly! Today I bought and iPhone xs and it will not connect to it. I’ve tried everything suggested, turning Bluetooth off and on, then the phone restarted then the watch watch restarted. Have disconnected it also from my old phone but it just won’t connect! It’s becoming more and more frustrating, any suggestions?

Hi @Lydiak  It should work with that phone. When you say you disconnected it from your old phone, did you unpair it on the old phones bluetooth list?
