My Fitbit ( inspire HR ) won't connect to my phone. Everytime I try to connect it it says try again I restarted my phone and Fitbit but it still does the same thing. Please help

what kind of phone do you have? I have an S9 plus and mine is doing the same thing. I'm so frustrated.

Same here. I have a LG G3 with Android 5.0 and Bluetooth 4.0, and a Mac Airbook with Mac Os Hight Sierra, both in theory compatible, and everytime I try to connect the device to the App nothing happen. The fitbit inspire is not recognise by the App. So frustrating..

Update: Finally got S7 to connect to tracker . Took much longer than in the past.
