Inspire HR won't correct the time

My clock is an hour ahead and won't change to slow time. I've tried to restart my Fitbit, change clock faces, and syncing it but none of this has helped so far. Any ideas?

Hi @joylw, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the clock of your Fitbit Inspire HR is wrong and it won't change. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. In the meantime, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch and see if it corrects the time.

Yes, I restarted my Fitbit according to the instructions. And I also tried connecting it from scratch, but my clock is still an hour ahead.
