Inspire HR won't display anything

How do I get my Inspire HR to display?  I went to charge it the other day, and now I have a blank screen.  When I press my side button to display, the green light in the back comes on, but nothing displays.  Can someone help me?

Hi there, @Kathyb458. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire HR. 

As @Julia_G has recommended, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @Kathyb458 , you could try giving your Fitbit a restart.  Instructions are here .  It is worth trying this a couple of times if a single restart does not help.

 

Having said that, it sounds like you have one of the original Inspire HRs.  That Fitbit model is several years old now, and it is possible that it has come to the end of its useful life.  If you are thinking of upgrading, I can recommend the Inspire 3, which is in many ways, especially in the display, an mprove,ent on the original Inspire HR.
