I have had my Inspire HR for a couple months now. My display won't turn on or sync to app and no green lights on back of device. This happened once before and I plugged it into the charger and held the button for 10 seconds and released it. That solved the issue. Today, not the same. I will get the smiley face and then nothing. So I gave up and tried again this afternoon. Still nothing. Please help.

@Terry007 you don't mention any type of troubleshooting so I would like to suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

I spoke to customer service and they are sending out a replacement pebble. The agent I spoke to was fabulous. Thank you for the help.
I was told the no green light meant bad news. I would call customer service.

I'm on my second Inspire HR (the first had a flickering UI issue).
I've had this one a few weeks and this morning I noticed the display didn't turn on. I took it off and no green light underneath. I thought maybe the battery had drained. So I connect it to the charger, the smiley face shows, it boots, the screen shows the UI for maybe a second, then it reboots and goes into an endless loop. Unbelievable 😡
When it's connected to a charger, I can see the battery is indeed full. It just doesn't work at all when not connected to the charger.

Mine started doing this two days ago. I've had it for less than a month. 😐 I've tried everything previously suggested.

Good Day! I am currently having the same issue with the Inspire HR. I have tried exact same thing with plugging it on and holding it for a while. It displays the smiley face but the screen is still black and there are no green lights. May I know what I should do?

Im having the same issue. What did you need to do in order to have it replaced? My husband and I bought the Inspire HR, and my husband's died after just a few months, but mine hasn't. Reading this forum, its the same exact thing. He was really looking forward to having it. HELP!!

Why does no one at Fitbit support or otherwise, explain properly that the Inspire HR heart rate can be found on the Device itself and NOT in the app. You have to swipe down to the settings cog and tap the on/off from there. Really frustrated that this took some days to find out!
