Inspire HR won't display

I have had my Inspire HR for a couple months now. My display won't turn on or sync to app and no green lights on back of device.  This happened once before and I plugged it into the charger and held the button for 10 seconds and released it. That solved the issue. Today, not the same. I will get the smiley face and then nothing. So I gave up and tried again this afternoon.  Still nothing. Please help.

My husband's Inspire was completely black on the screen. No time, no nothing. Only a vibration when we connected it to the charger. It had been that way for a week. I went into his Fitbit app and deleted his device. Then I re-added it. It began working after updating for about 5 mins.

Hi,

I was having the same problem with the Inspire HR. The screen does not display but the green light on back works and syncing work. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Same I woke up and it no longer worked. I have tried everything. I depend on this thing on my arm. It did clock my sleep though on app.

similar problem--after charging put it back on but a wrist rotation does not activate the screen.  button will turn in on and everything else works (as for as I know).  I tried restarting it but that did not make a difference.

Hey there,

Literally just call customer service. They will walk you through
troubleshooting. Just tell them you want it replaced under manufacturer
warranty.

Hi, my fitbit seems to be doing the same as well. 

 

I have tried the holding it down for 10 seconds to restart the fitbit but just seem to get the smiley face and then nothing. 

 

Blank screen with no light on the back of the fitbit. 

 

This a present i got for my mum so please help!

Go to your app and change clock face. It worked for me.

I have the same problem yesterday. I change the clock face and it works! Than change the origin I used work, too! Thanks for the help!

My inspire will not display anything. It vibrates as if responding but nothing displays. It syncs with the app and shows it’s fully charged. I tried restart but still nothing. I purchased one from Walmart at the beginning of the year. It did the same thing within a couple months so exchanged it. This Is that replacement but has had the same problem off and on usually responding after being charged.  I’ve tried the restart several times in the last 24 hours.

Ive tried cleaning the contacts, resetting but nothing has happened. No green lights. Everything black and my app says no device connected now.

whats the next step? Replacement?

I am also facing the same problem. When tracker is pressed for long time only smile comes nothing else. It buzzs also. I don't know what to do. Sent a mail to fitbit but they have asked to do same procedure likhbt cleaning of charging points which I am fed up of doing again and again.

I am literally having the exact same problem as JenR1974. I am almost in tears! My Inspire HR isn't even a year old. How do we fix this? Please help!

Make sure your app is completely updated. Re-start your Fitbit. Pretty much every problem I have ever had with my Fitbit has been solved one of these ways.

Same here. I hv even posted on twitter as well but of no use. I think we should tell people not to buy atleast new ones. So that they can be protected..... We should start a campaign against Fitbit....

The same thing is happening to me! My device just has a flat line.... Very disappointing! I'm about to call support for help. I purchased the Inspire hr to replace my old Charge the oddly stopped working about a month ago...
