Hello, everyone.
My Inspire HR, which I bought a few days ago, is fully charged and properly connected to the charger. I have the Fitbit app installed on my phone and linked to my device. Bluetooth is on. My phone is literally two inches away from the Inspire HR. I have restarted the Fitbit HR until I see the smile appear on the screen. And yet, the only thing that my Fitbit does ever since I first started it is display the URL "www.fitbit.com/setup".
What can I do to make it work? I've scrupulously followed the tips given in other threads but it just won't do anything other than display that URL. Thanks.

This message usually appears when the device hasn't been set up to any account. However, you should not see it anymore if you already complete the setup process.
