App states there's a new update for my inspire hr but it won't download. Any tips?

Hi @lindsay1984, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the new firmware update for your Inspire HR won't download.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
