My Inspire HR doesn't automatically show the charging screen when I attach it to the charger. It's very frustrating because even though it's connected properly it won't charge. I usually have to attach and re-attach it MANY times before that screen shows up. I've reset my device (hard and soft), the connection pins are clean, etc. (In other words, I've tried all the usual things.)
I used to just connect it and it would charge. No issues. Now this is a constant occurrence. Do I need a new charger or a new device? Or is there some other trick to make mine work? Thanks!
