Since the recent update, my 5 month old Inspire HR no longer holds a charge for more than a few hours. Prior to the update, I would only need to charge every few days. It's also no longer tracking my sleep, the screen keeps freezing and then displays the wrong time when it does decide to come on.
I've done all the recommended resets, cleaning of contacts, etc. I can see that there are other users having similar problems. Can someone from Fitbit please escalate this to customer service please?
