Inspire HR won't hold a charge & doesn't sync

My Inspire HR will not hold a charge for more than a couple hours, and also will not sync to my Samsung Galaxy anymore. This started several months ago and I have not been able to resolve it. It is less than a year old.

Additional information- I have reset it several times and that has not done anything to help. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app etc and that has also not helped.
