My Inspire won’t hold a charge for more than a few hours on a good day! When it is charged it has the wrong time. I have not contacted customer service because I’m so frustrated, it was only 9 months old when this started

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. My Fitbit only holds a charge for a few hours. I received it as a gift 8 months ago for Christmas. It is very frustrating to go for walks or other activities only to find my Fitbit battery did not hold a charge for even a daily activity.
