Inspire HR won't hold a charge

I have my tracker for 10 months and suddenly the battery drains within 8 hours and does not sync. I have followed all the steps and instructions but the problem is not solved. Additionally when I charge it the percentage of charging is not accurate. Form 5% it moves to 20% and then back to 5%.

 

I live in Greece and I do not know if there is a Fitbit service here since I am still on guarantee. Does the guarantee cover battery issues and where should I contact for that here in Greece?
