Inspire HR won't hold charge

I bought my inspire HR less than a year ago, and for the past week I haven't been able to go a whole day without charging it. I start the day at 100%, and by 5:00 pm it's at 30%. I don't have notifications on and I have tried restarting it multiple times.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
