Inspire HR won't hold its charge

I've had the inspire HR for just over a year now and never really had any issues with the battery life (usually lasting 5-6 days) wearing it night and day. However a few months ago I noticed the battery hadn't been holding its charge as well, I've been trying for several months to work out what's wrong. I've disconnected Myfitnesspal, I've changed the clock interface as stated on other forums and I've tried cleaning and restarting it. I don't have screen wake on and dim screen is on and I believe I have done anything to fix this. The charge only lasts 6 hours or so.
