Inspire HR won't install any clock face

I have a message on my clockface to change it. However, none of the clock faces are compatible with Inspire HR. Is there a way to just see the clock faces available for my fitbit?

Hi @droban, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not installing any clock face you choose.

 

Please provide a picture of the message that asks you to change the clock face. Also, make sure that you are selecting a clock face developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face.

 

In the meantime, restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps included in this help page, when changing the clock face.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I was going into the general clock faces for fitbit (of which none worked for the Inspire HR), instead of the clock faces designed for the Inspire. Following your directions, I was able to change my clock face (actually I changed to the exact one I had, not sure what caused the error message). Thank you for your quick response!

 

I apologize, I didn't get a shot of the error message before I changed the clock.
