I cannot get my Inspire HR paired to my phone. I just got a new phone Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. It worked fine with my previous phone. From the bluetooth screen, I get a popup that says "app needed to use this device" and it won't pair. I have the app and all push notifications enabled. What do I need to do? I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app, restarting the device, etc.

I am sorry to hear you can't pair your Inspire HR to your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. If your tracker is paired to your Fitbit account, log into your Fitbit account on your new phone and try to sync it.
