Hi any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I just bought a Inspire HR and it won't pair with with my iPhone X. I have tried everything turning on and off the bluetooth and the phone and it still won't connect.

Congratulations on you new Inspire HR! Sorry for the issues that you're having setting up your new Fitbit device. I appreciate the time you've taken to troubleshoot it, but in this case I'd recommend following each one of the steps in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

Let me know if after checking all requirements and doing all troubleshooting steps you keep having issues connecting. Please add as many details as you can.
