My Fitbit won’t allow me to press start when I want to start a workout. However, it lets me swipe and pick a goal (such as calories or time), but once it gets the “press to start” it will not. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times, removing the Fitbit from my account, rearranging the shortcut. It will do everything EXCEPT press start. Please help!

@taylorb4 Thanks for joining us!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not starting your workouts and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. There are two things that I would like to suggest. One is that you remove the exercise option you actually want to use, save and sync then add it back, save and sync and see how it behaves. If the issue persists then try clearing your tracker's data and set it up again.
Let me know how it goes.

I’m now having this same exact issue. I’ve tried rebooting it multiple times, tried removing all the exercise shortcuts and re-adding them, and I tried clearing all data. This is so frustrating that I have so many issues with this watch. I just want to be able to start and track exercise! Please help!!

My Inspire HR started having the same exact problem a couple of days ago. I cannot start a workout, reboot the device (via settings), or reset data (via settings). I already rebooted the device (while plugged in) several times, and I also removed it from my Fitbit profile and re-added it. What the heck?

My Fitbit started doing the same thing yesterday. I don’t see any real fix on this forum. What gives?

The only solution offered to me was a 35% off coupon code to purchase a new one since mine was out of warranty. I'm going to continue to use mine until it's completely useless.
