Inspire HR won't respond

I am beyond dissatisfied with my fitbit product, this is the 2nd time in 6 months something has happened. First my band didn’t stay on due to a problem that was out of my control and now my fitbit isn’t working?

Basically, my fitbit will not turn on, it wont charge and i cleaned the sensors but it still won’t work. I hold it down and a smiley face comes up and that’s it, i have barely been able to use my fitbit and frankly, i think i may be better off just buying an apple watch if my fitbit just doesn’t want to work. Any troubleshooting tips?

Hi there @DanielYusefian, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR replacement stopped working. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot it prior to contacting us.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you soon!

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to help you.
