My Fitbit Inspire HR synced well, then was plugged in while I showered and it now won't power on.
My phone can't find it.
I tried plugging it in, holding the button for 5 seconds. I saw the smiley face but it went back to being unresponsive.
I tried a suggestion to change the clock face, but my phone can't connect to the Inspire so that's been futile.
Really hoping for some assistance please!

Hi @SuperFireFry,
I think I have an idea of where the problem is. Since you tried resetting your device and that didn't work, we now know that the problem is with the phone itself. Have you tried restarting the phone?

It is the phone. You tried the reset process on the device, which was a great first step. However, the Fitbit and the phone connection are entirely dependent on the BT and the app being able to "shake" with the Fitbit.
It sounds like the two are seeing each other but do not have the ability to "shake" yet. Exploring all possible options is the only way we're going to determine the cause. Please restart the phone and the BT as I previously asked.

You're incorrect.
That's why I'm in the fitbit forum. If it was the phone, I'd talk to Samsung. Fitbut doest charge or connect or turn on. CLEARLY nothing to do with a phone as previously mentioned
