Inspire HR won't restart after firmware update

I got a notification yesterday that I had to update the firmware on my Inspire HR. I charged the battery and started the update process. I got a notification that the update failed but now the screen is completely black and I can't get it to restart (holding button on the side). It was working fine before the update. Anyone else having issues with the most recent firmware update?

This happened to me also. Now I have a Fitbit that doesn’t work!

I have the same issue. Plugging the Inspire HR in to charge, I can get the device to power on by holding the button for 5 seconds. I can then get the Inspire HR to sync but it will not charge! As soon as I take the Inspire HR off the charger it shuts off immediately.

 

The Fitbit app is showing Inspire HR version 20001.88.11
