Inspire HR won't start/charge after 8 days out of the box...

Hello Community,

 

My unit had been working great until I took it off last night. It had around 50% power when I took it off, but when I awoke this morning the screen was dark and it will not turn back on. I placed it on charge more than 1 hour ago as well I have tried the reset several times to no avail. The phone can also not find the device, so not a case of the screen not working. 

 

Any insight out there?

@bmueller as you performed the restart, did the smiley appeared on your Fitbit device?

Do the green LEDs blink?
