My Inspire HR will not stay charged. I’ve tried all tips with no luck. Lasts 5mins and it’s dead literally. How do I file a claim? I keep getting the run around with these sites. It’s less than a year old.

This started happening to me as well -- my device is just over a year old. It also won't reboot
