Inspire HR won’t stay connected to my iPad Pro Bluetooth

I just bought this Inspire 2 and i was soooo excited to start using it. I waited until this morning to really start setting it up. I connected it and blah blah blah. Then I wanted to change the face of the Fitbit. Well, I go to the website and it said that my Fitbit wasn’t connected. I looked at my Bluetooth. It disconnected for some reason. Well, I reconnected it and I tried again. Disconnected. Then the sync wasn’t working. I am really confused.

@mbzria Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you syncing your Inspire HR with your iPad. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
