My Inspire HR won't sync, but my old Ulta HR will. Bluetooth on my phone, which WAS connected yesterday now says "not connected"... Why? And how do I make the inspire stay connected?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if it stays connected to your phone properly.
