Hi there, @1Cookieman. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:

  • Huawei P8 Lite
  • Huawei P9 Lite
  • Xiaomi Mi 6
  • Huawei P20 Lite
  • See these additional instructions for help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on this device.

If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please the steps below:

1. Remove the Inspire HR from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.

2. Restart your Inspire HR.

3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

5. Set up your Inspire HR.

Hope that helps.

Galaxy S6. I know all the steps for trouble shooting starting. I got other
things to do in life other that dance with my fit bit. I've gotten where I
can turn on and off my Bluetooth and take the fitbot off put it on top of
the phone go take a shower or a walk and it will connect. I'm just sick and
tired of the same thing EVERYDAY! 5 to 15 minutes EVERYDAY is just a big
FAT PAIN IN THE BUT! I know your trying to help! I'm just not doing
gymnastics with this fit bit again. All those gymnastics only ended in
connecting. I still had to do the same thing next time. The last 3 days I
just gave up each day trying to connect. And then today after sitting for
30 yes 30 mins I made my final decision. While I was texting to you I
noticed it finally connected. But I had made my final decision. I deleted
all the data from the fitbit and threw it in the trash. This galaxy S6 is a
great little phone that hasn't had any problems connecting to anything else
anywhere! So look, thank you. You tried! And have a great day.
