Inspire HR won't stay connected to my phone

My inspire Fitbit keeps looking connection and won’t sync. Every 4-6 hours I have to “forget” my device on my Bluetooth setting and repair. How can I fix this as its so often I’m thinking of just stopping using it.

Hi mine never syncs either and I soent hours turning off bluetooth and reopening it, restarting my fitbit Inspire. Rebooting my phone but it takes ages to sync if it works at all. Its not synced since 7.29 yesterday morning
