The past few days I have noticed that my screen won't stay on. I'll press the button to check the time or my step count and it will only stay on for a few seconds before turning the screen blank. It's holding a charge and I've been able to reset it but nothing else seems to be helping

Hi @RunnerNovice you had your Fitbit long? The screen doesn't stay on long, it's designed that way to use less battery power. If that's not the case and you're under warranty, you should contact customer support.
