I have followed all the instructions I could find for trouble shooting the Inspire HR. Bought 2 months ago.
My Inspire is unable to restart, keeps vibrating. I am unable to update the firmware as the inspire is unable to restart, it just keeps vibrating every 30 seconds or so.
I recharged my Inspire which triggered the current state its in. App shows only 50% charge yet was left over night charging.
I had purchase one previously and had to return it cause of the same issue, thinking it was defective firmware. Assistance is appreciated in this matter.
Regards

@LuciaFitbit I'm experiencing the same issue. What should I do? Should I send it back or just throw it away? Please let me know
