My Inspire hr won’t allow me to swipe up or down. I am able to press to see my steps etc but can’t swipe. I have tried resetting the watch and updating the app then syncing again, but neither of these work.
How do I get my watch to work properly again or do I need to buy a new one?

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Mine also did this recently @Holly_May -- I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do that I just need to get a new one.
