Inspire HR won't swipe or charge and has condensation

Had my inspire since feb, a couple weeks ago it would not allow me to swipe the screen and wouldn't respond to screen taps etc.   Now it wont charge or response at all.    I have gone over all troubleshooting threads about charging, and prior to the charging issues I restarted the device to try and resolve the screen issues.   I would also like to mention the screen looks like it has condensation trapped inside.   Not happy with the issues due to having the fitbit for less than a year.
