Inspire HR won't swipe, randomly turns off and buzzes

My fitbit won't swipe down to let me check steps. This problem preceded it randomly turning off, the time not being correct and buzzing saying I've completed my hourly steps over and over even when I have not. It just seems completely on the fritz and struggles to connect to my phone. I have tried resetting it. I have tried unpairing and re-pairing it with my phone's bluetooth.

This is a replacement pebble and has only lasted like a month or two. I am becoming very frustrated with this brand because none f my replacements seem to last at all. It's a new problem every time. Not buzzing. The screen not working. Losing the capacity to hold charge.

So, I'm very familiar with the trouhbleshooting process and have done it all. Is there a specific thing I should be trying now? Or just the usual. Customer service has been a godsend each time an issue has come up but the product itself is severely lacking. I've gone through multiple HRs in just a year and I use this item very gently and avoid water like the plague.
