Hi!
I've tried restarting my Fitbit like I read in a previous post, but that doesn't work. Please help!

I am having the same issue! I restarted my fit bit twice by attaching to the charger and holding he button until the smiley face appeared but it still won’t swipe. I know the touch screen is still working because I can get to the battery status screen by holding the button and use the touch screen to turn on/off the display light. Very frustrating.
