I'm trying to swipe up or down on my Inspire HR and I can't. The main screen lights up but I can't swipe to any others. It worked fine yesterday. Can I restart it?

Nope! Nothing in trouble shooting guide, nor the community suggestions worked.
3 actions available on the fitbit Inspire:
1. Pressing the button on the side (There is only 1 to press)
2. Tapping the screen and
3. Swiping the screen
When my screen wouldn't swipe, the other 2 actions still worked.

I did the reset. But it still doesn't work. My screen also refuses to turn off.
I just hold until smiley face appears.

This didn't work for me. I reset it and sometimes it will allow me to swipe bit most of the time it does not. It is ruining my exercise

The restart did not work. My Fitbit inspire does not swipe. Yesterday it counted my steps. I need this to work but unfortunately I will be gone all day. I will leave it connected but I'm sure that won't work. It was connected all night. I do NOT want to have to buy a new one!

Did you try resetting the clockface from inside the app.? That's what did the trick for me.

Yes I did and that did not work. I have reset it. It has been updated and I still cannot swipe. Very disappointed.

@janel2020 when you post, you get the option to receive notice when someone replies to that thread. You can go back to those threads and from the pull down menu at the top UNSUBSCRIBE from it. Then you won't receive anything should someone post in that thread. Now you'll get notice that I replied to your post, but now you know how to disable it.

Nope that doesn't work. I can swipe through all the icons but cant swipe and choose an exercise when on that icon. Its so frustrating. What 4 digit code? I cant seem to install or uninstall. It appears on my set up and there is an exercise shortcut and i have selected the exercises i want to track and have even reordered them. However when i look at my Fitbit Inspire HR i cant select from there. Press and hold what?
